k, pick the jpeg/gif of your preference.
I am going to use an av for this because it is
easier for most because they do not paint images,
only avies.



Step 1. Colorize your image.
To do this :
Adjust ; Hue and Saturation ; Colorize.
Hue: 20 , Saturation: 20



Step 2. Using your soften tool,
soften the gritty parts of the image.


Step 3. Next, using the filter , "Flaming Pear > Aetherize",
Note the settings, you can change them to suit your tastes
in color, the clearness in the image should still come out.


Step 4. Ok, I was asked how do I make my images clear,
well this is the most basic way of telling you. I do play alot with
my images using brushes and filters so it isn't exact
but this is one of the many ways I make them clear.
